Instrumental music with an eclectic blend of Rock, Jazz, and Pop, featuring Lyle’s compositions and guitar playing along with the group’s high level of musicianship.
As a film composer Lyle has scored the films -“Superbad”, “‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall”, “The 40 Year Old Virgin”, “Get Him To The Greek” ands many more. As a sideman he has recorded and/or toured with Sting, Beck, Frank Black, Todd Rundgren, Michael Bublé, Bryan Adams, Sarah McLachlan, Norah Jones, Alanis Morissette, Ziggy Marley, Tony Williams, Jellyfish, and many more.
Keyboardist Matt Rohde has toured and/or recorded with a long list of famous artists in a wide variety of musical styles, including Jane’s Addiction, The Chicks, Alanis Morissette and Prince. Matt was also an Associate Music Director on American Idol for ten years and is currently in the house band for The Voice on NBC.
Bassist Jorgen Carlsson has recorded and/or performed with Gov’t Mule, Chris Cornell, Steve Lukather, Michale Landau, and Draco Rosa.
Grammy award winner Joe Travers has been playing drums in the Los Angeles area for over twenty-five years. A Berklee College Of Music graduate, Joe moved to LA in 1992 and by March 1993 he had landed the gig with Dweezil & Ahmet Zappa’s group “Z”. Since then Joe has gone on to play for many acts over the years including Joe Satriani, Mike Keneally, Duran Duran, Lisa Loeb, Rich Robinson (The Black Crowes), Billy Idol, Zappa Plays Zappa and Eric Johnson.
When Joe is not on the road, he spends his time being the “Vaultmeister” for the Zappa Family Trust. This entails being in charge of archiving and preserving the legacy of legend Frank Zappa, working closely with the Trust co-producing and supervising future projects.
