In celebration of the 45th Anniversary of Paul McCartney & Wings’ “Back to The Egg” (released June 8, 1979), Southern California Paul McCartney tribute, Maybe I’m Amazed will play the album in its entirety, and will be joined by Grammy winner and former lead guitarist from WINGS, Laurence Juber. This will be a special night celebrating WINGS’ greatest and final album, featuring songs like “Getting Closer,” “Arrow Through Me,” and the Grammy award winning “Rockestra Theme.” MIA will be playing the whole album note-for-note, followed by a set of McCartney’s greatest hits. LAURENCE JUBER is an English-born Grammy-award winning guitarist, recording artist, arranger & composer whose solo performances uniquely fuse folk, jazz, blues, pop & classical styles. Internationally recognized as lead guitarist in Beatle Paul McCartney’s Wings (1978-1981), Laurence has since developed a distinguished career as a world-renowned guitar virtuoso and entertainer.

 “Maybe I’m Amazed: A Rock and Roll Celebration” is a tribute to Paul McCartney, featuring an all-star line-up of world class studio musicians. MIA is dedicated to bringing the feel and sound of a McCartney live show. Their show features Paul McCartney hits from The Beatles, Wings, and his solo efforts set to a backdrop of multi-media and lighting that leaves the audience…Amazed.

CPO who plays Macca in the show has been playing Paul in national touring acts Beatles vs. Stones and Abbey Road for the past 10+ years, as well as other Beatles’ acts across the world including The Liverpool Beatles, Beatles show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Hard Day’s Night, 4 Lads from Liverpool, Sgt. Pepper Beatles tribute, Beatlemaniacs, and several others. He has also done several Wings and Beatles tribute shows with former Wings guitarist, Laurence Juber. In addition, CPO has fronted Oingo Boingo Dance Party, featuring Johnny Vatos and a rotating cast of former Oingo Boingo band members. CPO has also released several albums as a singer/songwriter including Wonderlove (with MIA drummer Dicki Fliszar), LPFM, Faul!, CPO & Co, and several solo albums as Chris Paul Overall.
