RENTAL INFORMATION

NO ALCOHOL/PARTIES ALLOWED
Please be advised that our venue has a strict no-alcohol and no-parties policy both inside and around the facility.

RENTAL TIMES AND COST
Showroom rentals are available 7 days a week. Rentals are available on an hourly basis and need to be booked ahead of time at $75 an hour. For performances, add an additional $100 an hour over the hourly rate. Rental start time and end time are dependent on when people arrive and leave.

MULTIPLE DAY “LOCKOUT” RENTALS
“Lockout” = No one touches set/equipment setup in the room until the next day. If your rental is a multiple day “lockout”, then each day must be a minimum of 8 hours rent paid.

RENTAL PAYMENT
To secure a date and time slot, the cost of rented hours are due up-front upon booking the event, along with a $200 cleaning deposit. The $200 cleaning deposit is fully refundable upon confirmation that the venue is in the exact same condition as it was presented to the renter before the event. The incidentals (backline/amenities) can be added or subtracted nearing the rental date.

PROOF OF INSURANCE
We do require that you provide paperwork (Certificate of Insurance/COI) from your insurance company that states Alvas LLC as “additionally insured” for your rental period before the rental contract is solidified.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 30 days in advance of the scheduled event are allowed with a full refund. Cancellations 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event are allowed with a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

CAPACITY
The venue cannot exceed the 99 capacity limit. We are very strict on this.

GUEST LIST/TOTAL OCCUPANCY
We need to know the total number of guests (including performers and event staff) in advance of the rental event. All heads are counted.

IN-HOUSE RECORDING/LIVE STREAMING
Alvas Showroom announces we now offer 6 High Definition remote pan/tilt/zoom cameras (with a 1 gigabit up/down dedicated internet connection) available to record and/or stream your event! Below are the different recording and streaming options available.

NOTE: Be advised that these prices are for approximately a 2 hour event. If the show in your rental event goes beyond this, we will need the time frame to give you a quote on pricing.

DISCLAIMER: Alvas LLC cannot be responsible for the outcome (or lack thereof) of these packages. If for any reason (human error, technical issues, etc.) the recordings are missed, the only thing we are responsible for is returning the monies paid for the contracted recording package.

Package D ($400)
– 7 HD cameras controlled by a live switching director with room microphones

Package E ($600)
– 7 HD cameras controlled by a live switching director with room microphones
– 24 individual audio tracks/stems (48k sample rate, 24-bit depth) provided via email

Package F ($700)
– 7 HD cameras controlled by a live switching director with room microphones
– All 6 isolated HD cameras/MP4 files provided via email

Package G ($800)
– 7 HD cameras controlled by a live switching director with room microphones
– All 6 isolated HD cameras/MP4 files provided via email
– 24 individual audio tracks/stems (48k sample rate, 24-bit depth) provided via email

ALL AGES VENUE
As we are catering to all ages, please refrain from using obscenities or lewdness. Again, there is no alcohol sold or allowed on or around the premises.

LOAD IN AND PARKING
Please load in through the front door. There is plenty of free parking, please observe the 2 HOUR LIMIT parking signs. Unlimited parking is allowed after 6:00pm.

BACKLINE & RENTAL AMENITIES
Please consider using our extensive backline and rental amenities listed in the contract below. It is available for approximately 1/2 the price of local backline/event companies. If you are interested, let us know, and we will check availability and give you a quote.

PIANO USAGE
We have 2 Steinway pianos. A 1921 America B and a 1985 Hamburg C. Let us know if you will be using a piano and which one(s) you prefer. Each piano has a rental price of $50 per rental period. Piano tuning before an event has a fee of $75 per piano.

PERMIT FOR RENTER TO RECORD THEMSELVES
Unauthorized audio and video recording is strictly prohibited. If the renter would like to record on their own, pre-approval must be obtained in writing and the renter must hire the recording service from a third party vendor.

Video recording:
